Men's Rights To Be Abolished in Victoria!!
The Victorian Law Reform Commission [VLRC] is currently working on abolishing the rights of men. If they get their way, the right to presumption of innocence until proven guilty will be removed FOR MEN ONLY.
Apparently the Commission's feminist head believes that only men are ever violent, and that it's also OK to make falsely accused men suffer at the hands of the State rather than 'wasting' police resources on an actual investigation.

Of course, the VLRC daren't state the real agenda outright. Note for instance the following extract from the above webpage. Read between the lines:
... not seen as effective in preventing domestic violence... Criminal offences require proof beyond reasonable doubt which can be difficult in cases of domestic violence as the only witness is often the victim herself [italics mine]
A pre-enquiry report in The Age newspaper (here) revealed its real terms, not then couched in bureaucratese: "the power to make interim orders barring males from homes in domestic disputes without a court order."
Under the mooted new laws, men will be ejected from family homes on mere accusation, whether or not there is any reasonable cause for suspicion, then possibly jailed and their bank accounts frozen until they prove their innocence.
Paranoid? It's already happened elsewhere - Ontario's Bill 117! Read newspaper articles about that ongoing fiasco here
If you don't want the rights of men rescinded, tell it to the Victorian Law Reform Commission PRONTO. Law will be made soon based on the results of their enquiry. Almost all respondents will be extreme feminists who will support aboloshing men's rights. Your voice counts.

do not want a repeat of the draconian Canadian Bill 117 in Victoria
